At Bordelle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your luxury pieces are not the perfect fit, you may return or exchange unworn items with all original tags and hygiene seals intact within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging, ensuring all labels are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
